Kelli Turner is an accomplished and energetic Marketing Professional with over 19 years of expertise in the multifamily industry. Growing up in a family that owned apartment buildings in Altadena, California, Kelli developed a lifelong connection to property management and real estate. Her career journey includes roles as a Property Manager, Portfolio Assistant, Portfolio Manager, and currently as a Director of Marketing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Kelli’s deep-rooted experience has equipped her with a keen understanding of operations, tenant relations, and strategic marketing in multifamily housing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelli is a passionate entrepreneur, small business owner and empowerment coach. A lifelong musician, Kelli has played piano since the age of three and is also a talented singer. She is a strong advocate for community, homelessness, foster teens, and ending trafficking. Kelli enjoys attending music events, spending quality time with loved ones, and indulging in the occasional guilty pleasure of reality TV. With a dedication to creativity, empowerment, and advocacy, she brings a dynamic and inspiring presence to all she does.
