With over 15 years of experience in product marketing, product lifecycle management, and strategy, spanning multiple industries and domains, James helps translate complex innovation into compelling market narratives that drive adoption and growth.

His mission is to elevate SOCi positions and launch products by aligning cross-functional teams around clear market narratives and strategic priorities. James focuses on creating compelling value stories, enabling sales, and driving customer engagement through thoughtful, data-informed marketing programs. He prioritizes collaboration, strategic focus, and execution that delivers measurable impact. James hold a Bachelor's degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University and two prestigious certifications: PMP from the Project Management Institute and PMC Level III from the Pragmatic Institute.
