She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at The Human Bean, where she leads brand strategy, digital transformation, menu innovation, and franchise marketing during a period of rapid national growth. Janie is passionate about fostering joy and connection through the company’s mission of inspiring authentic human connections with a bean on top. Before joining The Human Bean in March 2022, Janie held leadership roles at several major organizations, including Papa John’s (PJ United), Community Coffee Company, Beck Flavors, Farmer Brothers Coffee, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Indo-European Foods, and Jarden Consumer Solutions. Her deep industry knowledge is backed by practical experience across product development, insights, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
