With two brands under the NTY Franchise umbrella, Clothes Mentor and Children’s Orchard, and resale franchise locations across the country, the NTY Franchise Company faced a growing challenge: how to empower local store owners to execute professional, consistent, and high-performing marketing without adding complexity or manual workload.

Each location was responsible for its own digital presence, from managing Google listings to posting on social media and responding to customer reviews. This decentralized model led to inconsistent branding, underutilized tools, and missed opportunities in local search.
