Roles for Listings Health [Feature Enhancement]

SOCi has expanded access to our Listings Health feature by adding it as a role permission. Previously available only to admins, Listings Health can now be granted to local managers too — empowering them to independently monitor and manage the accuracy of their location’s listings.

With this update, SOCi Listings customers gain:

Empowered local teams: Enable local users to take ownership of their location’s data quality.
Improved accuracy: Catch and resolve listings issues faster by giving the right users access to take action.
Streamlined workflows: Reduce bottlenecks and admin dependencies by distributing Listings Health access where it’s needed most.

Community Calendar Bulk Delete [Feature Enhancement]
Enabling clients with Account-level bulk deletion supports adoption and usability of optimized and scalable workflows. SOCi Social customers receive:

Account-level control: Quickly bulk delete both scheduled and published posts in one workflow.
Self-managed resolutions: Easily control bulk deletion on your own rather than relying on SOCi Engineering team to complete the job.
Network accessibility: Available on all existing networks except Instagram, where scheduled posts will need to be managed directly in the Instagram app.New Report: TikTok Post Performance

New Report: TikTok Post Performance

SOCi now offers a new TikTok report – Post Performance Report is a platform-specific report that highlights post-level metrics including likes, comments, shares, views, and reach. This report includes common filtering and sharing functionalities.

Instagram Reporting Metrics Update

On April 21, Instagram will be deprecating two metrics – “Impressions” and “Reel Plays”. As a replacement, Instagram will release “Views” and “Reel Views” which will be the exact equivalent for those metrics, respectively. SOCi’s reporting metrics will be automatically updated to reflect these changes. If you have any questions, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a support request.

Edit, Duplicate, Retry & Archive Campaigns

Enhanced ad campaign management features will allow clients to streamline workflows directly from SOCi’s platform—without switching back to native ad tools. SOCi customers will have:

In-platform campaign management: Make changes to your ad campaigns directly in the platform, reducing the need to navigate to native ad tools.
Faster campaign setup: Duplicate existing campaigns to reuse successful setups as templates for future campaigns.
Improved campaign control: Edit live campaigns to optimize performance or adjust strategies as needed.
Efficient account management: Archive old campaigns to keep your ad account organized and within asset limits.

New Review Network, Caring.com

Caring.com, a leader in senior living and care referrals and reviews, has been added to our review network directory and is now available for all SOCi Reviews customers. This network expands our growing review network directory in an effort to continue enabling users to manage customer reviews on multiple networks from one platform.

Review Summary Email Notification

SOCi now offers a single, scheduled email, sent daily or weekly, that consolidates review activity into one streamlined message. Each email includes a visual snapshot of key stats, the 25 most recent reviews, and direct links to view or respond on native platforms and within SOCi. This helps businesses monitor feedback faster, reduce inbox clutter, and take action more efficiently.
