SOCi Summer ‘25 Release Notes

SOCi’s Summer ’25 release includes new product features that make it easier for multi-location brands to manage their local marketing. From monitoring and enforcing compliance to expanding network and integration partners and delivering continued feature improvements across the product suite, these updates are built to help businesses work more efficiently and get better results at the local level.

Shield Can Now Enforce Compliance across Search, Social, and Reputation

With this release, SOCi has extended the power of Shield—our platform’s always-on compliance layer—to protect review responses and all Genius-generated content. For Shield customers, all Genius-generated content will always meet your brand and regulatory policies by default.

When enabled, across local pages, social posts and engagements, and review responses, Shield flags content compliance concerns in real time and blocks publishing until users revise it. Users can easily send unresolved content exceptions through compliance review workflows for approval.

Platform

Shield for LinkedIn Activity & Profile Monitoring

SOCi has extended the power of Shield for LinkedIn to include activity monitoring and enhanced profile oversight. When enabled, Shield monitors and archives user LinkedIn activity–including comments, messages, connection requests, and more–and flags potential risks for compliance follow-up.

You can also now require users to manage their LinkedIn profiles through SOCi, where Shield checks every change for compliance before it goes live. If someone edits their profile directly on LinkedIn, Shield flags the change for compliance review.

Salesforce Integration

Many teams start and end their day in Salesforce. Our new Salesforce integration brings the full power of the SOCi Platform directly into your CRM. It is included for all customers and helps your team manage Search, Social, and Reputation without switching platforms and as part of their natural workflow.

Search

New Healthcare Networks: Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, & RateMD

SOCi launched new listings integrations with four of the most highly trafficked healthcare directories: Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, and RateMD. These integrations make it easier than ever for healthcare organizations to manage and maintain accurate facility and practitioner information across the platforms patients trust most.

To support this release, we’ve introduced a brand-new Practitioner tab within SOCi Listings. This purpose-built view allows users to manage healthcare-specific fields like:

• Practice Name
• Specialties
• Conditions Treated
• Procedures Available
• Care Philosophy
• And more!

All four directories are available as part of a new bundled Healthcare add-on, which can be purchased with SOCi Listings. Whether you’re managing listings for a large hospital system or individual practitioners, these integrations help ensure every profile is complete, accurate, and visible, making it easier for patients to find the care they need with confidence.

Scheduled Listings Updates

This quarter, we introduced Scheduled Updates in SOCi Listings, giving users the ability to plan ahead and automate listings changes before they happen.

Whether you’re preparing for holiday hours, location changes, or seasonal promotions, you can now schedule updates to go live at a specific future date and time. When that moment comes, SOCi will automatically apply the update and sync it out with no manual effort required.

With Scheduled Updates, you can:

• Schedule unlimited changes days, weeks, or months in advance
• Easily view, edit, or delete any scheduled updates directly in the platform
• Avoid logging in during weekends, holidays, or PTO just to make a time-sensitive change

Reserve With Google

SOCi now integrates with Reserve With Google, giving service-based brands a faster, more direct way to convert interest into appointments right from their Google listings.

This feature is available to SOCi Listings customers who qualify under Google’s eligibility criteria. Once approved, businesses can add “Book Online” buttons directly to eligible listings, allowing consumers to schedule appointments or reservations without ever leaving Google. Bookings are automatically tracked within SOCi’s reporting suite for full visibility.

Apple Insights

We’re expanding visibility into listings performance with the launch of Apple Insights, a new addition to SOCi Listings reporting for delegated Apple Business Connect accounts.

Apple Insights provides a breakdown of key engagement metrics like Searches, Views, and Actions specific to Apple listings. This helps you:

• Centralize performance tracking across platforms
• View performance over time and filter by location to identify trends
• Make data-informed updates to boost engagement
• Identify top-performing locations by Apple-specific engagement

For brands that rely heavily on Apple as a discovery channel, this feature brings the visibility needed to stay competitive and connected to where consumers are searching.

Locator by County

Adding a new Locator search field to include county-level results will support customers seeking additional ways to support business discoverability. Locator by county supports rural-first discoverability and international customers.

Offline Product Inventory

Brands that distribute products through retail partners want to drive consumers to purchase their products in-store with Offline Product Inventory search that provides zip code results and unique product search.

Asset API

The Pages Management API allows users to programmatically create, delete, and manage data on their local pages at scale. SOCi Pages customers will have expedited workflows and reflect instant updates keeping pages accurate and up to date.

Social

LinkedIn PDF Posting

SOCi now supports PDF media type for LinkedIn Network publishing! Social customers can now enhance their LinkedIn presence by seamlessly uploading PDF documents that are professional, swipeable carousels to maximize engagement with their content.
