Olo Service Hours

Automatically sync Olo Service Hours (Delivery, Takeout, and Drive-Thru) into SOCi.

• Included for all mutual SOCi Listings and Olo customers

• Olo Delivery, Takeout, and Drive-Thru hours automatically sync into SOCi Service Hours fields.
• Hours are mapped and maintained with Olo as the source of truth.
• Service Hours fields are locked in SOCi UI while Olo Extension is enabled.

• Listings stay current without manual reconciliation.

Apple Override & Feedback

We automatically detect and contest unauthorized Apple Maps data changes with Apple’s new Override API.

Image Compliance for Listings & Engagements

Expanded SOCi Shield’s image compliance to Listings and Engagements, scanning image text against compliance policies before publishing.

• Extracted text is validated against your account-specific compliance policies in real time.
